Add the tequila, jalapeno and rosemary in a cocktail shaker and crush it with a muddler. Add the orange liqueur, lime juice and syrup into the shaker. Add one scoop of ice, close and shake. Prepare the margarita glass by covering the edge in lime juice and then tajin/sugar mix. Add clean ice to the glass. Pour the margarita into the glass using a strainer. Garnish with a slice of lime and rosemary stock in the lime. Burn the rosemary.
