Jalapeno Lime Chicken

8 chicken thighs
3 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Arrange chicken in single layer. Bake 15 minutes and drain juices
  4. Combine jelly, oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, pepper and salt in small bowl.
  5. Turn chicken and brush with half of jelly mixture.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Turn chicken and brush with half of jelly mixture.
  8. Bake chicken 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
