Lemony Greek Chicken

1 Whole Chicken (3-4 pounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Brush chicken with oil. Arrange in two large baking dishes, bone side down. Combine Greek seasoning, salt and pepper in small bowl; sprinkle half over chicken. Bake 30 minutes
  3. Turn chicken pieces over. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture and lemon juice. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cook through (165 degrees).
