1 Whole Chicken (3-4 pounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Brush chicken with oil. Arrange in two large baking dishes, bone side down. Combine Greek seasoning, salt and pepper in small bowl; sprinkle half over chicken. Bake 30 minutes
- Turn chicken pieces over. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture and lemon juice. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cook through (165 degrees).
