On our final day, we drove down to Jamestown to see the historic settlement. Janie and J. R. were disappointed that Wolstenholme Towne and Carter's Grove had been sold off by Colonial Williamsburg as they had visited that site near Jamestown on a previous trip and loved the grounds and home. It hurt even worse to learn it had been sold off and left to fall apart by its new millionare owner.
