Alex and Bethany were engaged in the Spring of 2019 and set their wedding date to be October 10, 2020 (10/10/20). Together with Bethany's family, they made plans for a beautiful wedding in Houston, Texas at Christ The Redeemer Catholic Church, followed by a wedding reception at the Majestic Metro in downtown Houston. Like everything else in 2020, those plans were led astray by COVID-19. Alex and Bethany did the sensible thing and downsized the wedding celebration to a small service at the church and a dinner for immediate family, with plans for a bigger celebration in summer 2021.
