Breakfast and Santa

Our second sea day was also Christmas morning. We told the boys they were on their own in the morning and we would hook up with them later. Janie and J. R. decided to try Taste for breakfast instead of the buffet, much to the dismay of Rebecca. (Nothing like disappointing your daughter on Christmas morning). We regretted our choice as the breakfast offerings were nothing spectacular and about the same quality as the buffet. After breakfast, we made Rebecca stand in line for Santa where she received a small present -- an NCL kids club hat.

Beer Tasting

We met up with boys after lunch to play some games in the game room. J. R. and Alex booked a beer tasting for the afternoon while the others went off to relax around the ship. The beer tasting was fun with Alex's first real experience with different types of beers, other than the cheap ones he gets in St. Andrews.

Christmas Dinner

Christmas dinner was back at Cagney's. We had hoped they might have some specials for Christmas, but it was the same menu from earlier in the week. Alex tried the lobster pasta which wasn't very good while the rest of us had more steak.
