Christmas

Christmas was a subdued affair in 2020. Thomas did not want to make the trip due to COVID-19 and Alex and Bethany were spending the holiday with her family in Houston. So the three of us carried on as many traditions as we could. Janie made a gingerbread house with some colleagues online and then Rebecca helped make the traditional Christmas cookies and buckeyes. On Christmas day, we opened presents, watched the Disney special and had video chats with Thomas and the Vuyks.
