Alex was the first one up and headed out to the back of the Oceanview buffet to view the ocean and have breakfast. J. R. joined him shortly afterwards and then Janie came up as well. Following breakfast, we headed to the Solarium. Alex and Janie made use of the hot tub and the pool.
We all met up in Constellation Lounge for the morning trivia. It was relatively easy general knowledge trivia and we tied for first place and got some Celebrity eyeglass holders for our trouble. Janie got her first eclair and Alex grabbed some coffee while J. R. hung out in the Solairum.
The family met up at noon at one of the Infinity's specialty restaurants, Sushi on Five, for a quick lunch. We split edamame, maki rolls and sashimi while Alex tasted some of the ship's saki.
Janie and J. R. had upgraded to the "Drinks and More" package which included use of the room mini-bar as well as a wine tasting experience. They headed to Cellar Masters at 2PM where Celebrity had a series of wine stations set up with wines from various places around the world.
Following the wine tasting, we all met in the Rendezvous lounge for a game of Avengers Uno. Celebrity had provided cake and cookies in each room for Christmas so J. R. brought that and the cards up to the lounge and we had a few drinks and played a few rounds of Uno. Then it was off to the coffee bar for some coffee and listening to the electric cello and violin duet, who were quiet talented.
Tonight's show was "iBroadway" which had the Infinity Orchestra playing a variety of show tunes while the show cast of dancers and singers performed. It was a cute show and the entertainers were very good.
Dinner was another adventure with our serving staff. The menu continued to lack excitement but the salmon tartare and seafood croquettes were good. Several of us went with the "Celebrity Style" Manhattan Steak, which was cooked well. The adventure began at dessert when Alex was given his "dessert" menu, which was actually what we assume was the lunch menu from earlier in the day. After eventually getting a correct menu, dessert was ordered. Janie ordered the chocolate cake, so it was a bit of a surprise when the waiter delivered her a creme brulee. Upon telling him of his error, he came back with a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream. This was closer to chocolate cake at least. Finally she got the correct cake but it wasn't worth the wait.
Following dinner, Alex, Rebecca, Janie and J. R. headed up to the Constellation Lounge for the silent disco. Alex joined his parents on the dance floor while Becca hung out for a little while before heading to bed. Alex turned in early but the real adults stayed up until close to midnight.
