Orlando and Seasons

After our visit to Richmond American Homes near Tampa, we wanted to check out one of their locations near Orlando since we had liked their homes. The community was nice but the homes were smaller.

Solivita

Our final stop for this day was at Solivita in Poinciana. We were not impressed with the area around the community as there were only a few restaurants and not much shopping. The trip from Seasons to Solivita was on a back road and we could see there being a lot of traffic.

The community, however, won us over. Once inside the gates, there were multiple subdivisions. The main shopping area had several restaurants and shops and the golf club was right next door (and membership was not required). They did not have the Lazio model we liked in Tampa, and weren't selling the Basta model we saw. But we decided we could live with the Letizia model despite a smaller shower and dining room nook.
