We had a relaxing day at sea in front of us today so we slept in a bit before our morning Mixology 101 class in Eden. There were only three of us signed up for the class so Keshal, the Eden bartender, made us a special cocktail to start us off before teaching us how to make the same three cocktails as we had made in previous classes. He was engaging and told us he made the best old fashioned on the ship, so we would have to come back later in the week and have him make us one. The bartenders are very talented at making their own versions of drinks so we wish Celebrity would let them decide which cocktails to make in these classes instead of the same ones over and over.

Due to cancelling the husky excursion through Celebrity, we had onboard credit we needed to spend so we went back to Raw on Five for lunch to have a couple of the appetizers that looked good that we had skipped earlier in the week before going to our room to open the bottle of sparkling wine we had received at embarkation in Aqua Class and start organizing some of our packing.

Our dinner tonight was in Fine Cut Steakhouse where we both enjoyed a wonderful meal and Janie got to sample some more Cava thanks to the sommelier who remembered us from the World Wine Tour and recalled Janie liked that Spanish wine. Will Martin was performing again in the theater and we wanted to go but the dinner time overlapped and we did not want to rush out so we went to the bar after dinner for some drinks and relaxation.
