We chose a Viator excursion today called the Classic Beach Break which took us and three other couples to Ffryes Beach which was a beautiful white sand beach where we had chairs and an umbrella overlooking the ocean. There were a few people there from other excursions but not many which made it feel like a private beach excursion.
Lunch was included in our excursion and it was a nice selection of BBQ chicken, beans and rice and noodles, plus a few pieces of local pineapple. We took advantage of their three beers and two shots of rum for $10 special and headed back to the beach. A short rain shower passed by dampening our day a little but it passed quickly and we returned to the beach as Mamma Nancy entertained us with her steel pan band after lunch.
Our van driver Jan took us back to the ship and after a quick shower, we headed to the martini bar and then Craft Social for some cocktails.
We had a nice seat by the window in Cosmopolitan where we watched the sunset as we sailed away from Antiqua. We decided not to attend the evening show and opted for a relaxing time in World Class Bar and then Craft Social.
