Still at Sea

After experiencing March 27 twice, it was nice to see the calendar turn over to March 28 this morning. We started with our usual breakfast and lounging and trivia before it was time for our food and wine pairing. John and Sue were there and we sat with them as Star and Jen led us through the tasting of four wines with a variety of foods, including chicken, tomatoes and brownies.

Mixology

We had to run straight from the wine tasting to our mixology session at World Class Bar. We learned this bar was a joint venture of Celebrity and Diageo and as such they served mostly Diageo products and only the specialty cocktails on the menu. The menu said we would be making an Americano, an Espresso Martini and the Jasmine but the bartenders had switched it up by making a Negroni and El Don Julio instead. The session was very informative and we found ourselves back at World Class several more times before the week was over.

Broadway Caberet and Blu

The evening show featured the production cast singers performing a caberet of Broadway show tunes, accompanied by the orchestra. Following that we were back in Blu for dinner and then Darren Sanders late night comedy show.
